I’ve been struggling to stay consistent with small daily habits, like drinking enough water or going for short walks during breaks. I usually start strong but lose motivation after a few days. I heard someone mention the Liven app as a tool that could help with this, but I’m not sure how it actually keeps you on track. Does it really help with motivation and consistency, or is it just another reminder app?
